Colorado's Only Donation-First Haulers

Redefining Junk Removal

Lowry Place Residential Services was born out of a desire to fundamentally change the way people think about junk and waste. We noticed that far too many usable items were ending up in landfills simply because it was the easiest option for traditional hauling companies. We decided to forge an entirely new path by becoming the only donation-first junk removal service in Colorado. By partnering closely with local nonprofits, we ensure that furniture, appliances, and household goods are given a meaningful second life in the homes of those who need them most. Furthermore, recognizing the intense emotional toll that severe clutter and life transitions can take on individuals and families, we integrated a licensed therapist into our leadership team. This unique, industry-first approach allows us to provide genuine trauma-informed support during difficult hoarder and estate cleanouts. Today, we stand as a beacon of empathy, sustainability, and hard work in the Metro Denver area, proving every single day that a hauling business can be highly efficient while remaining profoundly caring.
